The Jockey Club LOHAS Wellness Project has been sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust since 2020. Its purpose is to help older residents recovering from mental health issues develop a healthy lifestyle and to promote healthy eating and living practices to the public. The program has now entered its third year and currently has over 400 members, having provided more than 47,000 healthy meal kits to service users to date. It also actively promotes community inclusion activities, allowing service users to achieve holistic physical and mental health while fostering greater acceptance of mental health recoverers within the community.

Through the Jockey Club LOHAS Wellness Project, simple recipes have been created for mental health recoverers, featuring clear, colorful, and cheerful illustrations. Each recipe introduces the cooking process step by step, aiming to enhance their daily lives.
